Layer 1
Consulting for engineering teams
Your team already has Claude Code, Cursor, and Copilot. Briefs still look like five years ago. The tool isn’t the problem — the process is.
How we set up agentic codingBGO.ai
We run our company that way. From the engineering team to leadership — we set up the working model so your AI tools actually produce something.
Three layers
Three doors. One CTA. Pick where it hurts most.

How we set up agentic codingLayer 2
You don’t need a 60-slide AI strategy. Leadership needs to know what AI can do — and agents need to take the routine work.
What adoption looks likeLayer 3
Sales shouldn’t call down the alphabet. They should call whoever is about to buy — including GEO/AEO at the top of the funnel.
Solution typesBGO as proof
We don’t sell what we haven’t run on ourselves. We operate that way. We can show you how — in the intro call.
Chief of staff
Web, acquisition, reporting, Search Console, Ads. Drafts ready; Jakub approves what goes out.
Finance
Invoicing, payment matching, cash-flow, accountant packs. Never signs anything legally binding.
Jakub & Pavel
Consulting, architecture, decisions, and the signature on the output. Nothing to a client without human OK.
Portfolio
Anonymized descriptions only. No unverified metrics.
Starting point
The engineering team already uses AI tools — each person differently, with no shared practice. No analyst or product owner; business requests arrive incomplete.
What we did
Hands-on “AI development in practice” workshop on the team’s real stack: agentic coding from brief to tests. Follow-on work with business and leadership on writing better briefs with AI and choosing sensible licenses.
Starting point
Dealflow, CRM, and outreach were fragmented. Company data was enriched by hand.
What we did
CRM migration (tens of thousands of records), a data platform in the client’s cloud, a daily feed of new companies, LLM and web enrichment, next-round predictive models, and outreach wired to CRM. Code and data stay with the client.
Starting point
A small team that wants to run lean — web, marketing, invoicing, and reporting without adding headcount.
What we did
Agents run day-to-day BGO operations (chief of staff + finance) with human approval on everything external. AI audit of our own site. Adropix — our AI platform for brand-consistent marketing creatives.
Smaller companies
For teams of roughly 2–20 people we mainly point to funnels (AI web visibility, lead-gen) and compact training. Same CTA — an intro call.
