Layer 1

Consulting for engineers and engineering teams

We set up agentic coding from brief to deploy — and measure what changes.

Who it’s for

Engineering teams at mid-size and large companies. CTOs, heads of development, engineering managers.

What we do

  • Agentic coding in practice on your real codebase
  • AI coding vs. vibecoding — when each approach fits
  • Claude Code and similar tools in a shared workflow
  • AI SDLC: brief → build → tests → deploy
  • Shared team memory and knowledge
  • Autonomous agents in engineering (spec, QA, docs)

How it goes

  1. Intro call (under 30 minutes)
  2. Workshop for the engineering team
  3. Deepening workshop (AI SDLC, agents)
  4. Consulting and rollout of agentic workflow, before/after measurement

FAQ

How do we introduce AI into software development?

Shared practice first, not another license. Workshop on your stack, then workflow from brief to tests, then measurement.

Isn’t handing out Copilot enough?

No. Without a shared process everyone uses AI differently and briefs stay weak. The tool isn’t the bottleneck.

Do you train people outside engineering?

Yes — that’s layer 2. It often follows: business learns to write better briefs, engineering iterates less.
