What we process

Purpose
Responding to intro-call requests and related communication. We do not build marketing lists from the website without your consent.
Legal basis
Legitimate interest and pre-contractual steps (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).
Recipients
Hosting (Cloudflare) and, if used, the form provider (Web3Forms) to deliver the message. We do not sell data for third-party marketing.
Retention
We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle the request and any engagement, and for legal protection.

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and complaint to the Czech DPA (ÚOOÚ). Email info@bgo.ai.
